ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR
Busy marina located in Annapolis, MD seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team! Successful candidates will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment with strong attention to detail.

 Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Plan and schedule appointments and service
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects with great accuracy
  • Greet and assist onsite customers and contractors
  • Answer inbound telephone calls on multiple phone lines
  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails

 Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of administrative support experience
  • good research skills and attention to detail
  • Must be computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • marketing and digital media experience a plus
  • Knowledge of Marina Terminology preferred, but not required
