Busy marina located in Annapolis, MD seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team! Successful candidates will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment with strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Plan and schedule appointments and service
- Ability to juggle multiple projects with great accuracy
- Greet and assist onsite customers and contractors
- Answer inbound telephone calls on multiple phone lines
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
- 5+ years of administrative support experience
- good research skills and attention to detail
- Must be computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- marketing and digital media experience a plus
- Knowledge of Marina Terminology preferred, but not required
