National Marina Day Celebration

NMD2013Saturday, June 14, 2014, BJYY welcomes you to join us as we celebrate National Marina Day! Established in 2001 by the Association of Marine Industries, National Marina Day was developed to showcase the boating lifestyle and encourage non-boaters to get out on the water. Now in its thirteenth year, National Marina Day has partnered with Discover Boating to Welcome you to the Water this Saturday to unite the marine industry to grow boating and celebrate on-the-water recreation!

In honor of this day, we’re hosting our first annual Customer Appreciation Day & Open House from 10:00am-4:00pm. We’ve planned a fun-filled enjoyable day with a little something for everyone. Children can have their faces painted, create nautical arts & crafts, play corn-hole, and learn how to tie knots! (Don’t worry parents; you can have your faces painted too!)

For the adults, our on-site contractors will be showcasing their services and will be available for all of your boating questions. We’re also hosting Clark’s Landing Marina, who is providing new Sea Ray models to view and demo ride, and the US Coast Guard Auxiliary, who is offering free vessel safety checks and certification! Our staff and Mr. Jabin will be present to answer questions and show you around the facility. Then, when you’re ready for a break, you can relax by the water and enjoy a snowball or a catered lunch courtesy of Back Creek Café and Boat Supplies.

Don’t you miss out! All of the cool kids will be there…
